Today, we remember Late Asiwaju Benson Akintola Akindeju, the MD/CEO of AK Media and Big Soul Hotel who died at the age of 59 after a brief illness in a London hospital.
Late Benson Akindeju was the producer of TV series like; Face-2-Face, Family Ties and Nowhere To Be Found. He was born at Igbotako in Okitipupa local government of Ondo state. He is a graduate of marketing with over 30years experience in media marketing. He is an alumni of university of Manchester Business School UK.
Late Akindeju was a fellow of the Institute of Data Processing Management of Nigeria, a full member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, and a member; Electronic Content Owners of Nigeria (EMCOAN).
He is the ASIWAJU of Saint John’s Anglican Church, Igbotako,Ondo state. He is a philanthropist, lover of youths and a strong supporter of humanitarian services. He was married with children.
