Kekemeke condoles with Olusola Oke

The campaign organisation of Hon. D.I. Kekemeke, the Lekeleke Campaign Movement has commiserated with Chief Olusola Oke (SAN) on the death of his mother, Mrs Mariam Oke who passed on to glory on Wednesday 21st May 2020.


According to the statement by the Media Assistant to Hon. D.I. Kekemeke, Mr. Sunny Michaels said Kekemeke express his condolences on behalf of the movement to Oke family.

He said, “While expressing his condolences on behalf of the movement to Oke family, leader of the movement, Hon. D.I. Kekemeke made reference to the Holy Bible in Ecclesiastics chapter 3, that for everything under the sun there is a time and season; a time to be born and a time to die.

“Hon. kekemeke was full of praise for the life lived by Mama Mariam Oke,”


“D.I. Kekemeke opined that for a woman to have lived for 91 years in this part of the world is surely a great favour from the Lord Almighty. He therefore enjoined Chief Oke, his siblings and the entire Oke family to take solace in the good life that Mama lived on earth.” He said

According to Michaels, D.I. Kekemeke opined that for a woman to have lived for 91 years in this part of the world is surely a great favour from the Lord Almighty.

Kekemeke therefore enjoined Chief Oke, his siblings and the entire Oke family to take solace in the good life that Mama lived on earth and assured them that he is with them at this critical time and hoped to be part of the celebration of life of our mama.
