JIMOH IBRAHIM PRESENTS TOYOTA LAND CRUISER SUV TO ONDO TRADITIONAL RULER

…Seeks more support for Tinubu’s government

Senator Jimoh Ibrahim representing Ondo South Senatorial District at the 10th National Assembly on Wednesday presented a Toyota Land Cruiser Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Gbadebo Bajowa the Rebuja of Osooro Kingdom in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State.

The presentation was done at the palace of the traditional ruler in presence of the chiefs of the kingdom.

In his address, the billionaire business mogul said that he presented the SUV to the traditional ruler out of the love for him and the monarch.

Sen. Ibrahim added that he wanted to make the traditional ruler of his homeland comfortable and compare with his counterparts from other kingdoms.

He, therefore, sought the support of the traditional ruler, the chiefs and the people of the kingdom to support the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“Your Majesty, I am presenting this vehicle to you for you be comfortable while travelling to any place.

“If you are going to attend the Council of Obas meeting in Akure, I want your colleagues to know that you are from a kingdom full of honourable people with rich cultures and traditions.

“I also want you to implore you to continue to support the government of President Tinubu’s policies.” the senator said

While appreciating the Senator for his kind gestures, Oba Bajowa said Dr. Ibrahim has been representing the district very well.

He made reference to the bills he had presented at the Red Chamber which bothered on needs and challenges of the people.

“You have not done this for me alone but for the entire Osooro kingdom.

“This is unprecedented and even your performance so far at the Senate remains a watershed in our political history.

“We shall continue to support the policies of President Tinubu because we know he means well for our country.” Oba Bajowa said.
