The Senator representing Ondo Southern Senatorial district, Sen Nicholas Tofowomo has organized empowerment programme for the Youths and Distribution of Computers, Printers, Motorcycles and Sewing Machines in the district.
The empowerment programme which stared yesterday, Ikalevoice.com can reliably confirm will empower about 350 beneficiaries.
The senator representing Ondo South at the National Assembly on Monday empowered 150 selected youths across the six local government areas of Ondo Southern senatorial district.
The selected 150 beneficiaries yesterday were given a brand new HP screen touch Computer, 3-in-1 Deskjet Printer among other computing items.
Meanwhile, 100 additional youths will get motorcycles, and another 100 women will get sewing machines at the end of the exercise today.
The event which took place at Odundun Hall, Ile-Oluji Town has the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) incoming Southwest Zonal Chairman Chief (Dr.) Eddy Olafeso; former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) State Secretary, Chief Oyedele Ibine; State Assistant Treasurer, Hon. Adeolu Akinseye; Chief Akin Oyewole; all PDP Local Government Chairmen; PDP Ward Chairmen and others.
