Lauds Governor Aiyedatiwa’s Youth Inclusion in Governance.
The Executive Chairman of Irele Local Government, Hon. (Deacon) Olajide Akinfe, has congratulated Hon. Segun Omoyofunmi as Commissioner designate, describing his nomination as a testament to his loyalty, dedication, and commitment to the well-being of the party and his people.
Akinfe, in his congratulatory message, praised Governor Aiyedatiwa’s youth inclusion in governance, noting that Omoyofunmi’s nomination is a recognition of his exceptional leadership skills and dedication to public service.
“Hon. Omoyofunmi is a champion of the youth and a household name in our Local Government. His impressive track record of achievements as former SUG President, Former President, National Association of Irele Local Government Students, General Youth Leader, President, Federal Government Social Investment Programmes in the state, among others, make him an ideal fit for this critical role.”
The Council Chief expressed confidence in Omoyofunmi’s ability to add values to Governor Aiyedatiwa’s administration and facilitate development to the council area.
“I have no doubt, Hon. Omoyofunmi’s appointment will further endear our youth to the people’s Governor, add immense value to the ‘OUR EASE’ administration, and spur remarkable progress in our dear local government.”
The Chairman wished the Commissioner nominee divine wisdom, knowledge, and guidance to excel in his new role, while pledging to collaborate with him to advance Irele Local Government and ensure it takes its rightful place in the comity of Councils.
