As the Sunshine people of Ondo State prepare to elect a leader to pilot the affairs of the state for the next four years, Ose LGA grassroots politicians has backed the ambition of Sen. Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR.
Ibrahim, the only governorship aspirant of All Progressives Congress (APC) who has been revolving the 203 wards of the state with his team with substantial empowerment to all executives of the wards and 10 leaders per ward, hit Afo ward 1, Idoani ward 2 and 3, ,Idogun ward 4, Ifon ward 5 and 6, Ijagbe ward 7, Ikaro/ Elegbeka ward 8, Imeri ward 9, Arimoguja ward 10, Okelusi ward 11, Ute ward 12 on Feb. 22.
The leading aspirant charges the leaders of the 12 wards of the LGA to recuse themselves from politics of slavery after he officially declared to them that he will contest for the first seat of the state.
“I was concerned at first on the plight of our party leaders at LGA level that are not properly taking care in the state and that was why I empowered all LGA executives with 10 leaders of each LGA last year December and January this year.
“At cool hour in a faithful day in my office, I thought of perception of equality and Inequality which people expect to be rewarded according to the productivity, this is what gave birth to wards tour where I consider fairness and equity in my rewards to all executives of 203 wards and 10 leader per ward.
“Hinn Franklin says, majority of leaders at the ward and unit level work harder and more for the victory of the party than some of the leaders at LGA’s, state and federal level.
“I charge you to discourage political slavery where your so call leaders will misinform and mislead you to support an aspirant because of their selfish interest without any reward in return to you. This is time to be prosperous and it will be continuous before election and after I become your governor by 24th February, 2025 by God grace”, Ibrahim said.
Ibrahim who bagged Doctor of Modern War from British War College explained that kidnapping was a major hindrance to growth and development in LGA, he promised to curb the menace in just 30 days in office.
“Despite the relentless efforts of security agencies and Amontekun, kidnapping remains a grave crime, posing persistent threats to you. I will curb this in just 30 days in office using ever-evolving landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to provide an opportunity for trained security agencies in the state to curb it easily.
“There will be a board for collection of geospatial data, including satellite imagery services, unmanned and remote sensing satellites to analysis using AI-powered algorithms, aiding the state security agencies in identifying unusual gatherings, suspicious movements and clusters of individuals engaged in suspicious activities around hilly, water bodies, forests, city centres, flat land and crowded areas anywhere in the state with the collaboration of air force.
“These geospatial tools will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of rescue operations, route optimisation, and ensuring swift responses to report incidents of insecurity not archaic convectional way of curbing it” he said
As usual, chairman of Aseyori in Ondo State, Sen.Tayo Alasoadura accompanied by immediate past speaker of House of Assembly in Ondo state, Rt. Hon Bamidele Oleyelogun, Sen. Yele Omoguwa, eight former members of House of Assembly, five former commissioners, 18 LGA chairmen in Ondo state welcomed 444 grassroots politicians from the local government to aseyori family.
“I don’t need to campaign that Aseyori is the only way to be prosperous in the state, you can see that the difference is clear” Alasoadura said.
In an interview of Aseyori media team with Mohammad Jakubu, an APC chieftain in Elegbekan, a community that is full of Igbira people in Ikaro and Elegbekan ward 8 of the local government said “I will convince and canvass Igbira people of the local government to join aseyori family.
“This money given to me will be used to buy agriculture proceeds and bring 10 times of the money back to me as profit after two years.
“I thank Sen. Ibrahim for this empowerment, I and my people will pay him back massively with votes and Insha Allah he is the next governor of the state,” he said.
