Eid-ul-Adha offers an opportunity to remember the submission of Prophet Ibrahim Alaihis-Salam to Allah, an annual opportunity to remember the strategic patience, collective calm and relentless prayers of Prophet Ibrahim and his family, and how Allah turned around their fortunes as a result, which is celebrated by mankind till date by which he taught the world the value of sacrifice in relating with one another.
We must imbibe this lesson and make it a duty to sacrifice our wealth and wisdom to create platforms for others especially the younger generation and those who are less fortunate in our society.
In less than two years, youth, women, people living with disabilities and people of Ondo South as a whole can testify to the impactful representation of Senator Jimoh Ibrahim CFR in the Senate and his sacrificial heart is glaring that blind can sea and deaf can hear.
Without doubt Senator Jimoh Ibrahim is fulfilling promises he made during the campaign with impactful achievements in less than two years just like Prophet Ibrahim, who made promise to Almighty Allah and he fulfilled his obligation because of that, Almighty Allah did not allow him to slaughter his only son, but replaced him with a ram .May the joy of Eid ul-Adha be multiplied many folds in our lives( Amen).
