
The Special Assistant to Governor on New Media, Ladi Okunniga has applauded Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN for considering Oba Williams Akinmusayo Akinlade, Uyi Oba 1, the Halu of Ode-Aye as one of the Grade B Oba that was elevated to Grade A on Wednesday.

The upgrade, no doubt revealed the sensitivity and fair mindedness of the Governor to issues of concern to the people, particularly traditional institution.
“Indeed, this is an historic moment, great and pleasant development, as I’m so thankful to our Governor for this positive history in our community” , he said.
While rejoicing with Oba Akinlade and Ode Aye Community, the Governor’s aide called on indigenes and friends of the ancient town, home and abroad to join hands with the Monarch to develop the community.
“I wish Oba Halu and Ode Aye Community lots of success in this new stage as I pray for more cooperation and more wins in this historic achievement” , he said.
It would be recalled that, Governor Akeredolu has been championing the advancement of our traditional rulers to attain tranquility, peace and harmonious co-existence across the State.
