Commissioning of Erinje Power Sub-station: Olumuyiwa Daramola Congratulates Ikale Nation and Ondo South
Says; Project is a boost for a Viable Ikale Nation, with an Enabling Environment for Economic Development
Ikale born Medical Practitioner and Philanthropist, Dr. Olumuyiwa Daramola (DOD), has congratulated the entire Ikale nation on the completion and commissioning of the power substation at Ode Erinje, in Okitipupa local government, billed to serve the two local governments (of Okitipupa and Irele) that make up Ikale nation, as well as the neighboring Ilaje and Ese-odo local governments.
The former House of Representatives aspirant, known for his advocacy and untiring contributions towards the development of the land, through his ‘Olumuyiwa Daramola Foundation’s annual empowerments, opined that, the development is a testament to the present administration’s commitment to service, and in tune, with his vision to lifting the people to their rightful place, in the comity of nations, after years of stagnation.
In his words; “I received the news of the commissioning of our power substation at Erinje, in Okitipupa local government today, with gladness and all sense of fulfilment”.
“The total blackout that paraded our land, for almost one and half a decade, no doubt, has not only reduced productivity and relegated our industrious youths to the background, but has also succeeded in crippling development in its entirety.”
“But by the grace of God, today, we attained a significant milestone, in getting connected back to the grids, and I feel elated, that, our efforts in projecting our land and empowering our people, would receive a boost, and our economy revived again, in the coming months; as I commend all stakeholders and leaders, who have made the project a huge success”.
Whilst eulogizing every stakeholder involved in this huge development, the APC former House of Representatives aspirant further implored that, other processes to have the light restored fully and enjoyed by the people, should be prioritised and hastened.
Conclusively, he seized this medium to preach peace and harmony to the party across board, in preparation for the Ondo State November Gubernatorial election, with high belief, it shall be a victory assured for the party, and a deserving win, for indigenes and inhabitants of the sunshine state.
