He unleashed this on Ondo South Advancement and Welfare (OSAWA) WhatsApp platform. In his words ” Osawa president, please recommend 20 MSc and 10 Ph.D candidates in serious need of financial support, let me have the list before Friday so I can give them support within 15 days.
