Ahead of the 2023 General Elections in the country, a senatorial aspirant in the southern Senatorial District and a hopeful flag bearer of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, Barrister Morayo Lebi has today laid it commitment to serve the good people of his district if given the mandate as Senator comes 2023.
The Senator hopeful gave the assurance during his official declaration of his senatorial ambition before Party faithfuls at the APC Party Secretariat in Ore the headquarters of Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
Declaring his Political ambition before the mammoth, Barrister Morayo Lebi noted that he as one of the progenitors of APC in the southern region of Ondo State,he had contributed in no measure to the general growth and development of APC both in the State and the Nation at large,adding that his senatorial ambition in the next year general elections is aimed at neutralising all imbalances in the political corridor of Ondo Southern Senatorial District.
The hopeful Senator stressed out that he is working towards ensuring break-even in the area of infrastructural development through lobbying,job creation, empowerment programmes, promotion of sociocultural heritage,improving socio-economic life of people and abate State of penury among his constituents to a barest minimum if voted for as Senator in the forthcoming poll.
Earlier, APC party Chairman in Odigbo council Area, Alhaji Fatai Olawale while receiving the like-flag bearer for Senate seat come next year in his warm address commended Barrister Morayo Lebi for all his giant strides as a progressive minded person in ensuring unblemish contribution to the development of the party since its inception in Ondo State,pledged in the name of good members of APC in Odigbo Local Government to extend their tentacles across eleven political wards in the area to ensure victory for the Barrister.
Also an APC stalwart in Odigbo Local Government Area,Dr. Rotimi Wilson while acknowledging proliferation of APC by Barrister Morayo Lebi in the southern part, Ondo State and Nigeria,he urged electorates especiallly those with APC Membership Cards support him the hopeful senator during the primary election exercise so that their age-long expectations could come reality and materialise.
Barrister Morayo Lebi’s political ambition declaration exercise in Odigbo Council Area was witnessed by the Secretary to Odigbo Local Government, Mr Tosin Obamoyegun, Ore Ward Chairman of the party, Comrade Busayo Tibetan and other executive members of APC in Odigbo Local Government Area.
