We must strengthen our families by empowering parents with jobs because a society is only as stroAlthough representing others deals with the relations between the legislature and the public, lawmaking is internally focused. It relates to the processes by which laws (and policies) are fashioned.
Lawmaking includes several related legislative activities. The legislative role in formulating, reviewing and adopting a state budget has special significance. The budget is probably the most important bill that a legislature passes. A legislature that performs poorly on the budget is likely to be an ineffective legislature overall.. These are the things Oluwatoyin Messaih is passionate about.

Almost five decades ago, precisely on Tuesday 17th of February 1970, Oluwatoyin Messiah APC house of assembly hopeful for Ese ODO Local government was brought to life by the famous Allen family in the traditional headquarters of Apoi kingdom, Sabomi, Apoi Ward 3 in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
He attended Methodist Primary School and Community Comprehensive High School both in Sabomi, Ese-Odo Local Government Area. After the high school education with excellent performance, Oluwatoyin pursued his university education at the foremost “Better by Far” University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State. Nigeria. It was there he obtained his first degree in Yoruba Linguistics (2003) and came out with an excellent result of Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons). He later proceed to the prestigious University of Lagos and University of Benin for his PGDE and M.A in Linguistics respectively. He also underwent various courses for better capacity building. Some of such programmes are: Adolescent Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS Prevention and Maintenance, Community Development, Leadership Roles and Challenges.
Oluwatoyin has contributed immensely to the well-being of his people and having held different political leadership positions. His leadership qualities earned him the following positions:

As a dedicated community leader, as well as a kind-hearted, philanthropic, compassionate, humanitarian, and astute politician and a role model to this generation, Oluwatoyin has had a towering impact on the people of Apoi Clan in particular and Ese-Odo in general and beyond. His selfless meritorious services include but not limited to General Secretary, Apoi Elites Congress, Sabomi Chapter (in the early 90’s); President, National Association of Apoi Students (NAAS), Sabomi Chapter (1999-2003); President, Golite Youth Development Association, Sabomi; Member Board of Trustee, Ese-Odo Youth Congress; Chairman, Sabomi Youth Council (SAYOC) (2009-2017); General Secretary, Okoro Dynasty, Sabomi; General Secretary, Kalasuwei Alominile Social Club of Apoiland (KASOCA); Treasurer, Ijaw National Council (INC) Western Zone in 2015 Financial Secretary, Achievers Elites Club of Ondo State (AECOS).
Some community-based projects executed during his reign as Chairman Sabomi Youth Council (SAYOC) include, Foundation Laying of Sabomi Community Library, Kalasuwe Unity Cup for all communities for good three years with fabulous prizes, Construction of Wooden Foot Bridge at Sabomi-lgbotu embarkment and hosts of others.
Oluwatoyin Messiah Allen (OMA) is a lover of God’s work right from his university education till date. He served as Assistant Secretary, Foursquare Students Fellowship (FSF), Unilorin; Corps Members Local Government Co-ordinator, Nigerian Christians Corpers’ Fellowship (NCCF), Uhmwode LG, Edo State (2003-2004); General Secretary, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Sabomi Chapter (2005-2012); National Financial Secretary, Unification of Zion Church in 2015 Principal, God’s Mercy Theological School (2006 – 2016); Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Sabomi Chapter in 2016 and lots more.
