
The Senator representing Ondo South Senatorial district in The National Assembly and billionaire business mogul, Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim , CFR has shown committed interest in the growth of Local Community Development Authorities ( LCDAs ) in Ondo State.
It will be recalled that the State Governor , Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Aleredolu has just consented to the creation of the new council areas.
The Ondo South Senator while addressing over 1700 beneficiaries and newly appointed Community Liason officers whom he personally empowered on Wednesday at the proposed Faculty of Law, University of Fortune, Igbotako, said Governor Akeredolu’s desire for the growth of the third tier of government is unparallel.
Dr. Ibrahim said he will continue to support Gov. Akeredolu’s drive for the development of Ondo State and towards this effort, he has reached out to concerned authorities in Ondo South as regards provision of logistics for the start up of the new LCDAs.
The philantropist per excellence and avid financier of All Progressives Congress APC in Ondo State further stated that the financial support he has given to the newly created LCDAs in Ondo South will be extended to the other LCDAs in the state for them to have a good footing to operate and activate governance and engagement in the grassroots.
The Cantab trained financial expert thanked the people for their support and for the trust they have reposed in his leadership capacity.

In his address at the well attended meeting with his constituents, Senator ( Dr.) Jimoh Ibrahim further assured the people that he wont take a kobo from his salary as a Senator , stressing that whatever accrues to him as a Senator will be used massively to empower the good people of Ondo South.
Senator Ibrahim while showing his appreciation to communities in his Senatorial district said he recalled a particular badly damaged road in Okeigbo, assuring that he will personally ensure the reconstruction of the road. ” When we were campaigning for this office, our people at Okeigbo regardless of how bad the road in the area was, they came out to identify with us and they had to clear their route simply for us to have passage.
” I appreciate you and assure you the road will be reconstructed ,” Senator Jimoh Ibrahim maintained.
He equally noted that he will release 250 bags of fertiliser to his constituents , stressing that the good people of Kosero shall benefit from the largess.
