Osooro Sole campaigner at the forthcoming Ondo state football league, Sarajoe football club of Ilutitun have begun preparations for the fiesta with a friendly match with Idepe football club of Okitipupa held at Manuwa Memorial Grammar School iju-odo, Playing Ground.
Ikalenews voice newspaper recalls that Sarajoe fc recruited new footballers fortnight ago through open screening which lasted for three days.
The first half of the match however ended goaless and as Sarajoe fc squandered alot of goal scoring opportunities.
However, Midway through the second half, The deadlock was broken as Glory scored to give Sarajoe Fc the lead.
Sarajoe Fc couldn’t add to that advantage as they were too profligate in front of goal.
Sarajoe Fc participated in the last State league held over a decade ago and finished as the third best team.
Coach Olatubora Alaba expressed delight with his team’s performance and was however disappointed that they couldn’t score more one goal despite being presented with alot of goal scoring opportunities.
