Ondo Ekimogun Association in the USA Supports Ekimogun Roundtable Over Hon. Abiola Makinde’s Recall
The Ondo Ekimogun Association in the DMV area of the United States has voiced its support for the Ekimogun Roundtable’s accountability initiative. The association has lauded the group for embodying the ideals of the late Chief Gani Fawehinmi, a prominent advocate for probity, truth, and accountability.
In a statement issued to the press by its president, Mr. Omotayo Akinkugbe, the association criticized Hon. Abiola Makinde for not addressing constituents’ concerns. The statement asserts that accountability is the essence of leadership and that Hon. Makinde should be open to public scrutiny. It further notes that instead of responding to inquiries about his legislative performance and constituency projects, he has resorted to attacking the Roundtable and engaging in blackmail.
