Is there anything that best defines good/effective leadership with foresight other than, having a clear knowledge of the past, experience of the present & passionately/sacrificially pursuing the vision of what the future should be?
Dr. Olumuyiwa Daramola (at 36), has been able to establish an Orphanage home to care for the orphans, he has also established a nonprofit-making Foundation that has seen to payment of numerous students fees, scholarship for students, provision of clean water in some communities in Ikale land, youth empowerment of various forms among others, to help alleviate poverty among his people, curb the menace of students drop out & its attendant consequences, as well as giving care and a sense of belonging to the aged and orphans in Ikale land; all these from his personal purse long before coming into politics.
Dear good people of Ikale land, these developments/projects are not just on papers but are visible for everyone to see across Irele/Okitipupa Federal Constituency. A click at Google will clear anyone’s doubt with names of beneficiaries. We are very sure, some people will even be shocked to discover some unannounced projects/beneficiaries in their immediate communities.
If someone will say these projects are political, then such a one should prove that it is necessary to execute projects before someone can contest. Such a one should also please, help to enjoin other contestants to execute such projects too, before contesting.
Let us give this young man, Dr. Olumuyiwa Daramola (whose heart bleeds for his people) the opportunity to do more, and we will realize we have not chosen him in error.
